- Morimatsu Life Sciences is a leading global equipment manufacturer specializing in the design and production of process skids and vessels for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Its portfolio of solutions covers all upstream and downstream processes, from benchtop and pilot plants to large-scale GMP production facilities. The systems include bioreactors, fermenters, mixers, process skids, storage and transfer systems, and clean-in-place (CIP/SIP) stations, complemented by a range of single-use technologies.
- Pharmadule, a pioneer and inventor of the rapid-deployment modular construction concept, designs and builds complete production units and GMP cleanrooms as permanent structural modules. These modules are pre-assembled, fully tested, and prequalified off-site, significantly reducing construction time, securing CAPEX projects, and accelerating the commissioning of industrial facilities.
- In September 2025, the group strengthened its European position with the acquisition of the Swiss company BioEngineering AG, a globally recognized manufacturer of glass and stainless steel bioreactors and fermenters for laboratory, pilot, and GMP production applications. BioEngineering equipment is widely used in university laboratories, research centers, and biotechnology companies worldwide.
