Description
Edouard Nicoud is Co-CEO of Ypso-Facto, a biotech company specializing in predictive modeling and simulation for bioprocess development. He has led the company’s operational strategy, client engagement, and commercialization of its scientific software solutions since March 2025, alongside Lucrèce Nicoud.
He joined Ypso-Facto in 2019 as a Software Developer and progressively took on responsibilities in business development, customer success, and company leadership.
Edouard holds an engineering degree from ENSEM, a master’s degree from ETH Zurich, and a PhD in Physical Sciences from CentraleSupélec. He began his career working on combustion modeling in the automotive and aerospace industries (IFP Énergies Nouvelles, Safran Aircraft Engines), before transitioning to biotechnology and process modeling.
