/ Bioproduction: Innovating to Transform the Industry

The programme for the 10th edition of the France Bioproduction Congress has been put together by a committee of experts. The Congress promises to be exceptional and will feature plenary conferences, round tables, practical workshops and opportunities for discussion.

Here are the thematic sessions for this 10th edition:

1. Bioproduction: 10 Years of Innovation & Collaboration for Patient Benefit
How to build on a decade of advances to meet the challenges of the next 10 years?
Over the past decade, French bioproduction has undergone a profound transformation, driven by technological innovation and the establishment of new partnerships. This session will review the major progress that has shaped the sector and the models that have proven successful. It will identify the levers to strengthen in order to accelerate the impact of innovations for patients in the coming decade.

2. Emerging Technologies: The Tools Reshaping the Bioproduction of Tomorrow
From R&D to industry: how new technologies accelerate the bioproduction continuum.
Innovations are transforming every stage of bioproduction, from the lab to industrial scale-up. This session will explore the tools that speed up design, optimization, and quality of processes. It will highlight the technological breakthroughs enabling a seamless continuum between research, development, and production.

3. Agile Bioproduction: Flexibility, Modularity, and Sustainability
Adapting to major challenges with new ways of producing.
Faced with growing demands, optimized cycles, and the urgency to produce sustainably, agility has become an industrial imperative. This session will address modular, flexible, and scalable approaches that allow rapid adjustments in capacity, volume, and technology. It will demonstrate how these new production methods provide concrete solutions to competitiveness and resilience challenges.

4. Breaking Boundaries: Shared Innovations, Global Impacts in Bioproduction
Breaking down silos, sharing knowledge, opening markets: limitless innovation for tomorrow’s biotherapies.
In a sector where progress increasingly relies on collaboration, international sharing and openness have become essential drivers of innovation. This session will showcase how competitiveness through innovation, initiatives facilitating technology transfer, market expansion, and funding dynamics are shaping the biotherapies of tomorrow. It will explore how shared and global innovation can accelerate patient access to treatments.
